We have provided your new home with a weekly cleaner for the communal areas to help you and your roomies to have a nice, clean and tidy home. We also provide free Wi-Fi for the whole household.
Housemates
Your new housemates will be a mix of working professionals. The average age in our houses is around 26 years old. We try and create an even mix between guys and girls in our houses
Cleaning
Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. For a small fee of £1/ per day/ per room. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all other communal areas and your bedrooms, plus they provide soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms.
£195.00 per person agency fees apply (this covers all administration and referencing)
